Harry Styles Plays an Underwater Piano in Music Video for Heartfelt Ballad ‘Falling’

Song hails from “Fine Line,” the former One Direction star’s sophomore solo album

February 28, 2020

Harry Styles is soaking wet in the music video for “Falling,” a song off his chart-topping album “Fine Line.” Thankfully, the One Direction star turned solo sensation doesn’t let a little water stop him from delivering a heartfelt tune.

Directed by Dave Meyers, the new clip begins with Harry looking sad and sitting on the floor in a puddle of water. He’s in a big house but all alone except for a glass of liquor and a grand piano. So, he decides to play a song. Pleasant though the tune may be, the piano soon starts leaking water. Before long the room has completely filled up, but the indomitable Harry continues his performance underwater.

“Falling” is the fourth song off Harry’s sophomore solo effort “Fine Line,” which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in December. The tune follows “Lights Up,” “Watermelon Sugar,” and “Adore You.” Styles will support his new album by embarking on a massive 2020 tour which begins in April and culminates in two shows at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 30 and Oct. 31 which have been dubbed “Harryween.”

Harry Styles’ “Fine Line” is available now.
