Richard Roeper, one of the hosts of “Ebert & Roeper” and one of the judges at tonight’s festival, came into the studio. Howard said he was glad Richard agreed to be a critic at tonight’s event because he felt his presence legitimized it. Artie then mentioned he was sure Richard will hate his movie, “Beer League,” but Richard told him he tends to like those types of comedies. However, Artie went on to say he thinks “most critics are f*gs,” so he was sticking to his prediction. Richard replied he was happy to learn the trailer for “Beer League” will make its premiere tonight at the festival.
