Jeff the Drunk is a Downer

Jeff the Drunk called in to say he was upset with Howard for not taking his calls, so Howard explained that is was no conspiracy – he just didn’t have anything to talk to Jeff about. Jeff theorized that it was his mother’s death that caused Howard to avoid his “downer” calls, but Howard denied the claim. Robin then joked that Jeff just wasn’t interesting now that his mother was dead and his ass wound was healed.
