Howard also checked on Benjy, who’d injured his ankle outside Weiner’s “I was wrong” press conference on Monday. Benjy reported that he’d gone to the hospital: “It’s a real bad sprain…a 3rd degree sprain. It’s not broken. Some things are torn. It’s going to [take] a couple months–hopefully a lot quicker–to heal.” Benjy said he felt better today, but “was really crying at home yesterday.”

Howard quickly bored of the conversation: “The pain couldn’t have been that bad if he sat through the show.”
