When Steve-O walked in to promote his memoir, “Professional Idiot,” Howard commended his commitment to sobriety, marveling that Steve-O made it through his reckless years with nary an STD: “Which is unbelievable with the amount of unprotected sex that you’ve had.”

Steve-O laughed that he was some sort of Typhoid Mary: “I’m just at a point where I believe that some people are…some people don’t get it or don’t show it. At some point, I have to have been exposed to everything.”
