Dave Portnoy Crosses the Kiddie-Porn Line

Dave Portnoy from Barstoolsports.com called in to defend his posting of a nude photo (taken at the beach by a paparazzi) of Tom Brady’s 2-year-old son.

Howard said he’d seen the post (“and quite frankly, I do think it’s kiddie porn.”) and took particular offense at the bad joke Dave had made about the kid’s penis size: “You saw that as a compliment to Brady? That you were complimenting his son’s dick? Now, is it true that you really don’t understand that what you did was wrong?”

Dave claimed the issue wasn’t about right or wrong: “I legally was within my rights to do it.”

Howard countered that good taste was always a relevant issue: “I’m known for outrageous commentary, but I do draw the line somewhere…it just seems kind of seedy, you know?”

Dave said the local state police agreed–they came to his home and asked him to remove the post “so they can get back to real police work,” a request Dave honored: “I wasn’t ready to fight that fight.”
