Shadowing Baba Booey

At one point early in the show, Gary came into the studio followed by a woman he introduced as Lauren.

Gary explained that Lauren worked for the NY Jets and had asked if she could shadow Gary for a day to learn about how he does his job. Howard laughed and asked if she knew that Gary was not just the show’s producer but was also a Parks & Recreation Commissioner. Lauren said she did know, and Gary added that they were even talking about the possibility of her shadowing him there as well.
