Howard also gives an update on the beloved Wack Packer

February 9, 2021

Beloved Wack Packer Beetlejuice has had his share of big songs in the past and on Tuesday, Howard shared the news that the elusive star has been working over the last few years with some of hip-hop’s bold-faced names on a remix of his 2015 hit “Beetle in the House.”

“Today is the world premiere of the ‘Beetle in the House’ remix featuring Big Freedia, Sean Paul, and the one and only Snoop Dogg – I’m not fucking with you,” Howard told co-host Robin Quivers.

After listening to the track, both Howard and Robin were quick to offer their praise of the update. “I’m calling this the song of the summer for 2021, even though it’s winter,” Howard joked. “What a collaboration and it sounds good too.”

“Amazing,” Robin added. “I wondered what he was doing, I’m glad he’s back in the studio working with the stars.”

Having been largely absent from the show for nearly five years since moving to Georgia with his mother, Beetlejuice also recently left a voicemail to give a brief update on his life. “Hey this is Beetle, how’s everybody else doing?” he said in his message. “I quit smoking, man. … catch you later, ding-dong.”
