Here’s Who Made the Howard Noine in 2025
From Vomit Guys to Ladyboys, here are 9 people the Stern Show is celebrating in December
December 9, 2025
All December long, the Stern Show is revealing the Howard Noine — nine people who impacted Howard’s universe in 2025. From Ronnie Mund and Thai Ladyboys to Oz the Mentalist and Jeff the Vomit Guy, everyone is fair game.
Check out all the names as soon as they’re revealed (below).
1. Ladyboys
No one’s having a bigger moment right now than Thai Ladyboys, at least as far as Howard’s Instagram algorithm is concerned. According to the Stern Show fact checkers, the King of All Media mentioned Ladyboys in 30 percent of all his 2025 shows. So, to honor these wonderful women, Stern Show executive producer Gary Dell’Abate’s alter ego, Flirty Gary, got down and dirty with two Ladyboys from Thailand named Taylor and Rita.
2. Ronnie Mund and Mike Pearlman
The feud between Ronnie “the Limo Driver” Mund and staffer Mike Pearlman is the gift that keeps on giving. Ronnie first took Pearlman to task in 2019 for allegedly messing with his bagel, but instead of making amends the rift between them has only grown wider. In 2025, the two argued on air more than ever.
Now, to celebrate their entry into the Howard Noine, the two staffers have been asked to apply for the same job so a real-life HR executive can determine which is more hirable in the real world.
3. Oz “the Mentalist” Pearlman
Oz Pearlman has blown Howard’s mind at several different points over the years, from his impressive appearances on “America’s Got Talent” to his Stern Show debut in 2024, where he guessed the secret word actress Valerie Harper had shared with Howard shortly before her passing.
But Oz took things to another level in 2025 when he returned to the Stern Show to dazzle listeners with an all-new feat that saw him read Howard, his wife Beth, and a litany of on-air staffers ranging from Richard Christy and JD Harmeyer to a completely shellshocked Gary Dell’Abate. Celebrate his entrance to the Noine by watching his full special (above).
4. Beth Stern
Howard’s lovely wife Beth played a big part on the show in 2025, from letting Oz Pearlman read her mind in an incredible on-air feat to constantly putting up with her husband’s apparent Ladyboy obsession. As listeners may recall, she even stopped what she was doing one morning in September to bravely save Howard from a terrifying spider infestation.
Beth and Howard have been together for 24 wonderful years, as he pointed out during her induction into the Noine, and she has put up with him day in and day out, for better or worse, despite the fact he may not be the easiest person to live with. Howard is the first to admit he’s a man of many eccentricities, but which one got under Beth’s skin the most? His snoring? His aversion to fun? His inability to do some basic things? His intolerance of the cold? Beth was kind enough to let Stern Show listeners know when she came on the air.
5. Jeff the Vomit Guy
No one likes throw up like Jeff the Vomit Guy loves throw up, and in 2025 the Stern Show is finally throwing up its hands in the air to celebrate the vomit-loving Wack Packer by officially inducting him into the Howard Noine.
It’s been a big year for Jeff, who taught listeners plenty about his vomit fetish when he opened up in a therapy session. He also opened up the doors to his home, inviting staffer Chris Wilding and Stern Show correspondent Wolfie into his apartment for what can only be described as a vomit-inducing field piece.
6. Howard’s Guitar
Howard put plenty of time and effort into learning the guitar this year, which lent itself to several on-air conversations and jam sessions not to mention an exciting revelation about his secret desire to land a gig at Arby’s. While the King of All Media’s guitar technique improved considerably over the course of 2025, the staff wasn’t above incorporating his practice jams into a series of hilarious phony phone calls to a restauranteur in desperate need of a musician.
7. Ozzy Osbourne
Ozzy Osbourne, one of the most important figures in rock and roll history and one of the greatest guests to ever visit the Stern Show, died in July at the age of 76. His showmanship, his voice, and his songwriting were all incredible. He helped create the heavy metal genre with his band Black Sabbath. This month, the Stern Shows celebrate Ozzy Osbourne as one of the Howard Noine.
As Howard pointed out, the heavy metal legend died just two weeks after Black Sabbath’s farewell benefit concert which featured not only the core lineup of the trailblazing metal band (Ozzy, Tony Iommi, and Geezer Butler) but also an impressive lineup of guest artists like Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Slayer, Pantera, Tool, and Steven Tyler. Grammy-nominated rock star Yungblud was there, too, performing his cover of “Changes.” And as a special tribute to Ozzy, he brought his version of the classic Black Sabbath ballad to the Stern Show in December and performed it live in the studio for Howard and his listeners.
