There’s nothing quite like watching sports with JD Harmeyer, as his colleague Jon Blitt learned recently when he moved in with him for the weekend.
“Talk about a live show,” Blitt told Howard on Monday. “Having an audience watching JD watching UFC is like a cataclysmic event.”
“He was yelling at the fighters,” Howard explained while playing clips of his overly animated staffer getting mad at the fighters on TV.
“Oh shit, yo! Oh no! … Get the fuck up! Get the fuck up!” JD can be heard yelling. “What the fuck is that?! What just happened?!”
“It sounds very strange,” co-host Robin Quivers noted. “You act like the people on TV can hear you.”
“Well, listen,” JD retorted. “If you have a bet on some of these people … you’re willing them to get the fuck up.”
