VIDEO: Adam Scott’s Step-Son Is the Spawn of Satan in ‘Little Evil’
Netflix horror-comedy co-stars Evangeline Lilly, Chris D’Elia, and Donald Faison
August 21, 2017Adam Scott gets more than he bargained for after marrying the antichrist’s mom in “Little Evil,” an upcoming Netflix horror-comedy from Eli Craig, the director of “Tucker & Dale vs. Evil.”
The trailer (above) starts with Scott’s character speaking at a support group, telling his fellow attendees (including Donald Faison and Chris D’Elia) all about his lovely new bride (“Ant-Man’s” Evangeline Lilly) and his quiet, creepy 6-year-old step-son (Owen Atlas).
Conceived during his mom’s “crazy time” in a cult, the step-son’s hobbies include dressing like Damien from “The Omen,” collecting earthworms, yelling at his step-dad in guttural voices, and wearing a creepy “goat puppet thing” on his hand.
“I get this sense that he’s….” Adam tells the group.
“That he’s evil incarnate?” Faison asks.
“Yeahhhhh,” Scott responds. Sure enough, it’s downhill from there for their relationship. Before the trailer’s end Scott finds himself in a dark and creepy cornfield, fleeing from the apparent spawn of Satan.
“Little Evil,” also starring Brad Williams, Bridget Everett, Clancy Brown, Marcus Terrell Smith, and Tyler Labine, hits Netflix Sept. 1. Watch the trailer (above).
