Harry Styles Runs, Swims, and Drives in New Music Video ‘Golden’

Song hails from the Stern Show guest’s latest album “Fine Line”

One Direction standout turned solo pop superstar Harry Styles just released another music video.

The singer, songwriter, and recent Stern Show guest has unveiled the clip for “Golden,” a song off his 2019 album “Fine Line.” He teased the video for days on social media before releasing it Monday morning and, almost immediately, racking up millions of views.

Directed by Ben and Gabe Turner, “Golden” follows an energetic Harry as he runs through a dark tunnel, drives on a winding road, climbs rocks at the beach, and frolics in the water. He changes clothes repeatedly throughout, appearing shirtless at points, and ultimately winds up serenading a few onlookers from the hood of their own car.

“Golden” is the fifth single from “Fine Line,” following “Lights Up,” “Watermelon Sugar,” “Falling,” and “Adore You,” the last of which Harry performed in March during his Stern Show debut. In addition to wowing listeners with a couple songs, including also a cover of Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer,” Harry and Howard enjoyed a wide-ranging conversation which covered everything from him getting robbed at knifepoint and hanging with Stevie Nicks to his songwriting process and why he left One Direction. Watch a clip from the interview (below).

Harry Styles “Fine Line” is available now.
