VIDEO: Jeremy Renner Shows Hailee Steinfeld the Superhero Ropes in Marvel’s Holiday-Themed ‘Hawkeye’ Trailer
“Avengers: Endgame” star reprises the role of Clint Barton in the Nov. 24 Disney+ series

Hailee Steinfeld makes her debut as the popular Marvel heroine Kate Bishop in the official trailer for Stern Show veteran Jeremy Renner’s “Hawkeye” series, arriving Nov. 24 on Disney+.
The clip for the “Avengers” spin-off begins with Clint Barton (Renner), a.k.a. the bow-wielding superhero Hawkeye, vowing to put his stint as a violent vigilante behind him in order to spend time with his family during the holidays. The past refuses to stay buried, however, and soon he ditches his kids to track down a copy-cat arrow slinger turning New York City into their hunting ground. The archer with an eerily similar fondness for trick shots turns out to be Kate Bishop, of course, and before long she and Hawkeye are teaming up to take aim at the city’s seediest criminals as well as a dastardly villain from Barton’s past.
“Ugh, this is some Christmas,” Renner’s character exclaims (above) over scenes of swordplay, ice skating, and even a Captain America stage musical.
From Rhys Thomas and directing duo Bert and Bertie, “Hawkeye” co-stars Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox.
