VIDEO: A Party Game Turns Deadly in Trailer for Pete Davidson Slasher Flick ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’

Amandla Stenberg, Maria Bakalova, and Lee Pace also star in the August horror-comedy

A drugs, booze, and bikini-filled mansion party turns deadly in the trailer for the horror-comedy “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” starring Amandla Stenberg (“The Hate U Give”), Maria Bakalova (“Borat Subsequent Moviefilm”), and repeat Stern Show guest Pete Davidson.

The clip begins when a group of boisterous young women accompanied by David (Davidson) and Greg (Lee Pace) play a murder mystery game at their hurricane party. After the power goes out and one member of their group gets brutally murdered, however, they realize a real killer is afoot and everyone is a suspect.

“That would be so obvious if I were the killer,” Davidson’s character insists (above) amid a montage of mayhem, machetes, murder, and zucchini bread.

Written by Sarah DeLappe and Kristen Roupenian and directed by Halina Reijn, “Bodies Bodies Bodies” also stars Myha’la Herrold, Chase Sui Wonders, and Rachel Sennott. The film is one of several 2022 projects for Davidson, who recently stepped away from “Saturday Night Live” but also appears in Machine Gun Kelly’s comedy “Good Mourning” and the animated family film “Marmaduke.” The actor and comedian proved equally animated during his 2020 Stern Show return when he opened up to Howard about subjects ranging from masturbation to starring in the Judd Apatow dramedy “The King of Staten Island.” Check out more of the conversation here and a clip from his sit down (below).

“Bodies Bodies Bodies” opens in select theaters on Aug. 5.
