Wool uniforms proved to be too much at salute to Duke of Cambridge

The British royal guards wound up facing a harsh enemy at a recent event performed in front of Prince William – extreme heat. During the Colonel’s Review, several soldiers, dressed in their traditional garb, fell victim to the conditions with at least three passing out with some being removed on stretchers. The band played on, though, even with some of their fellow guards collapsed in front of them. Check out the video (above).
