“We would just be the background music,” he says of playing guitar in public

Howard’s been taking guitar lessons for a while and, apparently, there could be more to it than just noodling.
On Wednesday, he recalled asking Billy Joel about his days of playing piano in bars and revealed he has similar dreams. “I have this fantasy that I’ll go to a restaurant and just play the guitar quietly — maybe with another guitar player — and we would just be the background music,” he explained.
He even has a specific venue — or fast-food chain — in mind. “I might introduce Arby’s to the live music concept,” he joked.
“Let’s see what that does for, ‘We have the meats,’” co-host Robin Quivers laughed in reference to their longtime slogan.
