More Than a Little Offended

Eric the Midget called in to complain about the most recent prank call made to him. Last week, Howard played a tape of his assistant, Annemarie, calling Eric pretending to be “American Idol” winner, Carrie Underwood. During the call, “Carrie” made Eric do and say some things that were uncharacteristic of him, so Robin wanted to know why he went along with the call. Eric explained that at first he thought it actually was Carrie, but became more skeptical as the conversation progressed. He also said that he had just woken up when he received the call, which he claimed played a part in his willingness to do and say what “Carrie” demanded.
