Danny admitted that he has no game plan for this week’s shows, and that he spoke to his co-host, Delana, for just a few minutes on the telephone before offering her the job. When Howard mentioned that he figured Danny would be working with people from his old radio shows during his time at SIRIUS, Gary chimed in that he had heard there were a few law suits going on between Danny and his former coworkers which might get in the way of that. However, Danny told Howard that all of the law suits to which Gary referred have been settled, before explaining that some of his former colleagues actually believed he was going to punch them when he threatened to do so – even though Danny claimed that was not the case.
