After Howard brought up that Cracked magazine has an article in its current issue chronicling the 25 greatest moments in the show’s history – with Gary’s “I Want You Back” tape taking the top honor – he wondered why Gary wouldn’t have checked his messages as soon as he found out Artie wasn’t in the studio. Gary replied that he did check his regular phone messages, but that Artie had called and left a message on his cell phone, which, he admitted he didn’t check. However, Howard told Gary that since Artie has left messages on his cell phone in the past, he should’ve checked it as soon as it was apparent that Artie wasn’t coming in this morning.
