Siobhan Loses Them From the Start During Standup Routine

Siobhan called in to ask Howard if he enjoyed her standup routine, but he replied he hadn’t heard it. Gary then came into the studio and commented he didn’t think Siobhan’s performance was “standup” but was instead “performance art,” and added the only laughs she got were at the beginning when the audience didn’t seem to know what was going on.

Howard proceeded to play some of Siobhan’s act, which started with her listing all the medications she was on, and finished with her saying that she preferred the term “disfigured woman” over “transsexual” as she got into the medical terminology about the type of fake vagina she has. Following the clips, Howard acknowledged he thought there was an act somewhere in what Siobhan was saying, but that she still needed to “punch it up.”
