Bubba the Love Sponge Calls Into the Stern Show

Bubba the Love Sponge called in to promote an upcoming wrestling match he’d be in with Hulk Hogan in Tennessee. Bubba then said his partner in the match was Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, and that he was getting paid for it.

Bubba went on to note he was glad his son, Tyler, would be seeing him wrestle, and insisted he wasn’t nervous about exposing him to such violence. Bubba also commented that Hulk and his wife, Linda, weren’t divorced and that their squabbles have been going on for years but are just now getting publicity because of their reality show, “Hogan Knows Best.”

Bubba claimed he wasn’t a “liquid millionaire,” although he did add that the equity he had in his home and his 401k did make him a “paper millionaire.” Bubba next reported his marriage was “going good,” which led Howard to say he felt Bubba and his wife, Heather, lived wild lives that he didn’t talk about publicly. Bubba replied by admitting Heather “loved women,” but claimed she hadn’t yet brought another woman home for him…yet.
