Are Robin and Jim Officially Dating?

Howard revealed that Robin was being dishonest about something and said that Tom Chiusano called him after having lunch with Robin last week. Tom claimed that Robin had told him that she now has a boyfriend, but Robin replied that wasn’t true and she’d have to call Tom to set him straight. Howard played some clips of Jim Florentine discussing the good time he had with Robin on their date and confessing that a second date will happen when he gets back into town.
