Will Guilt Keep the Show Alive?

Howard asked Gary what he was going to do when the show finally wraps up, so Gary claimed he would try to take a job as a show runner in TV. Howard laughed that Gary had no experience in TV, but Gary replied that he’s already done radio and would like to give something else a try. Howard said he might continue doing the show just so he wouldn’t leave the staff in a bad position career-wise, but everyone seemed to think they’d do fine.
