Letterman Back On the Radar

Howard reported that Letterman’s people called to say they were in negotiations with the writer’s guild to return to filming the show, and they want Howard to be the first guest when they return. Howard said Scott Greenstein has been very adept at “nudging” him toward doing the spot, but Howard claimed he didn’t really have much to say – other than promoting the “History of Howard Stern” holiday special – so he wasn’t sure if he’d end up doing it.
