A caller speculated that Beth’s behavior yesterday showed she was losing her attraction to Howard. Howard, however, countered that this couldn’t be further from the truth, citing the fact that he and Beth had afternoon sex yesterday as proof. Artie explained that Beth probably sounded a little “harder” yesterday because she wanted to correct some of the things Ralph had said about her – and it’s difficult to blast through the in-studio chatter from over the phone.
