Even Talking About Catheters is Painful

Howard started off the show examining Artie’s black eye and talking with Artie about his various hospital stays, and Artie noted that he was once read his last rites. Artie laughed that the lady weighed nearly 300 pounds and was distressed about his drug use (“The lord doesn’t want you to do drugs.”) – Artie only woke that day because the doctors were inserting a catheter into his penis. As soon as the conversation turned to catheters, Howard changed the subject.
