JD Harmeyer’s Workout Routine

Howard laughed at reports of JD’s workout routine, so JD came in to detail them in full: He runs up and down his apartment building’s stairs three times and then does 2 sets of 10 push-ups and 2 sets of 25 sit-ups. Robin laughed: “You exercise like a prisoner.”

JD replied: “I don’t feel totally comfortable working out in a gym…I don’t know what I’m fully doing. I would like, like, a trainer.”
