Howard told the crew he was delayed on his way to a screening of “Ninja Assassin” when he crossed paths with President Obama’s motorcade: “I’m pissed at the president. I respect that [he wants] to do Letterman…but he’s drawing attention. If someone wanted to kill the president, they’d know just where to go.”

Howard said Tracey eventually came and got the police to let Howard through, asking the cops if they knew who Howard was: “Tracey gets things going. She’s got balls.”
