Jeff the Drunk’s Frog Neck

Jeff the Drunk called in with a question, but Howard cut him off to say he’d been repulsed by the bizarre pattern of Jeff’s recent weight gain: “Most of the weight is in his neck. He’s like a frog…it looks like a ring of bulk around his neck.”

Jon Hein agreed: “It seems like he’s growing wider in his neck and his face.”
