Howard May Stare at a Wall
Howard May Stare at a Wall
Howard lashed out at SiriusXM’s contract negotiation technique: “I’m being treated like one of the music channels, the way I’m being handled.”
Howard promised to turn to other technologies if he was not satisfied: “I’m not shy. I know the environment. And the one thing I don’t respond well to is humiliation…I’ve suffered enough in this business.”
Howard said SiriusXM wouldn’t exist if he had never signed with Sirius: “They never dreamed of a merger. They just dreamed of staying in business. I dreamed of a merger.”
In addition to talking about doing his own thing on the Internet, Howard also considered retirement: “Who knows. Maybe I’ll go stare at a wall.”
