Howard allowed a caller named Sandy to play the ‘Howard Or…’ game, explaining that Sal had asked 10 random people who they thought was worse:

Howard Stern or–today’s opponent–Michael ‘Kramer’ Richards.

Sandy thought the crowd would go with Michael Richards, so Howard played the answers–and tied Michael with 5 apiece: “It’s a tie? Alright, I’ll give you the money then.”
