Howard’s Walking Boot

Howard started off the show showing Robin his new walking boot, explaining that he had broken his toe on the corner of his desk over the break: “It’s so dumb. It’s not even a cool story.”

Howard blamed alcohol for the incident (I was drunk. That’s what caused me to do it.”) and complained about the unexpectedly severe consequences: “It’s amazing how one little toe can f’ your life up. You know, I’m a runner. I can’t run for six weeks…I can barely walk on it. It’s so painful.”
