The (Richard Christy) Situation

Richard Christy came into the studio to answer for his decreased output of late and Howard took note of his slimmed-down physique.

Richard said he now weighed in at 162lbs–less than Jared Fox and even Will Murray, the show’s previous lightweight champion.

Richard then lifted his shirt Situation-style to show off his abs. Robin thought Richard was pushing it (“He’s sucking it in.”) but he insisted he’d done the work: “No! I’m flexing my abs!”
