A Letter from Bill Clinton

Howard said Bill Clinton had sent him a note, and remarkably, it appears that former presidents don’t have to use stamps: “It says ‘postage and fee paid.'”

Howard then read: “Dear Howard, Thank you for the kind words about Hilary and me on Piers Morgan. It was great to hear that we have your support. Sincerely, Bill Clinton.”

Howard answered publicly: “Thank you, Mr. President. I wish they’d make [you] President again.”
