Sal’s Veneer Deal

Howard fumed over reports that Sal had gotten a discount on his new veneers in exchange for promoting the dentist on-air: “I’m a sucker. I fell for it. You tricked me.” Sal denied it: “I swear on my kids. … I never mentioned the [doctor]’s name on the air! Ever!” The doc eventually called in to deny any deal–and bizarrely, claimed that he’d given Sal veneers with a “natural” tone.
