Fred Willard, What Are You Doing?

After reading about Fred Willard’s recent arrest in a porn theater for lewd conduct, Howard wondered what was up: “Number one, who’s still going to the theaters to see porn? I think part of it is–possibly–that people go to meet other people at the porn theater. Like other dudes. … His wife must leave the house sometime. He can beat off at home, no?” Sal, a reformed porn theater patron, came in to help Howard understand: “A lot of these guys, they want to get away. They want to be in a different environment.” To Sal, there was nothing gay about it–but it’s messy: “I just hope he sat on a towel or something because those theaters are disgusting.”
