Howard asked why he hadn’t heard from Jillian Barberie in a while, so JD came in to say she’d been fired from ‘Good Day LA’: “I think they just hired a new girl. I mean, Jillian’s hot, but they think someone else is hotter. That’s my theory.” Howard wished her the best: “She was always on TV in LA–every day–talking about our show, so I’m sorry to hear that. … Why would they fire her and not that old Steve dude? They’re blaming Jillian and Dorothy Lucy for the ratings and not Steve? Wow. It’s a man’s world.”
