Howard asked if Tracy was censured by NBC after controversial statements he made on-stage in Nashville, but Tracy denied it: “You think Lenny Bruce cared? You think Richard cared? … Image-wise, we all get banged up.” Tracy said he didn’t listen to criticism (“I’m too fly for that shit. I’m focused on Tray-Bag.”), but rather, his heart: “I like to use details and I use a lot of f***ing color when I paint.”
