Does anything in this photo “stick out” to you? (Hint: Take a look at Howard’s crotch.)

Any Stern Show fan knows Howard is none-too-proud of his penis size, but he thought it would be funny to Photoshop this behemoth bulge in his pants and then tweet it out. Oddly enough, no one seemed to notice and the picture did not go viral.

(This was, of course, inspired by the notorious “Jon Hamm Bulge.”)
