JD Harmeyer has some nice new furniture in his recently renovated office, but are his desk and chair too high for the Stern Show staffer? His co-worker Jason Kaplan thinks so. He told Howard about JD’s slightly more elevated workspace on Monday’s Stern Show.
“His feet don’t touch the ground, so when he’s sitting there working, his feet just dangle like a little kid,” Jason said with a laugh.
JD confirmed the furniture is a bit taller than his old setup but he has no problem riding high. “They just said they were gonna build a higher desk. It’s fine to me,” he told Howard. Check out pictures of JD sitting in his new chair (below).
Before the office renovation got underway, however, there were reports that JD’s old office was found to be filthy by those working on it. “The contractor told us there was a half-inch of dust on everything,” Howard revealed on air.
Will Murray also claimed JD’s old office was so unclean, he thought he saw mold growing on his desk.
“I’ve also heard from several eyewitnesses that within a day of his new office there were crumbs everywhere,” Jason told Howard.
Howard suggested his staffer should stop eating in his office and then made him promise to keep his new workplace spick and span. All JD could offer was that he would try his best.
“Some things don’t change. There’s no renovating JD,” Robin Quivers said with a laugh.
