While celebrating 2019’s best Stern Show moments, Howard looked back at all the staffers, callers, and Wack Packers who got goofed on after stumbling over their own words. Last year offered so many memorable mispronunciations, in fact, that he turned it into a game for his co-host Robin Quivers to play.

“There was a lot of butchering of the English language, and Fred uses these drops all the time, but some of the mispronunciations are not that obvious, so we made a game out of it,” Howard said.

So, did longtime caller Bobo get tongue tied on “equation” or “symbolizes”? Did Ronnie “the Limo Driver” Mund mess up “systematic” or “concierge?” Did his co-worker Sal Governale get tripped up with “dabbling” or “massage?”
