VIDEO: Can ChatGPT Host the Stern Show?

“I don’t think we’re going to be replaced,” Howard says of the A.I. software’s attempt at recreating his radio show

As far as artificial intelligence technology has come, it’s still probably not going to be hosting its own radio show any time soon. Recently the Stern Show staff tried out ChatGPT, a new A.I. software, to generate a conversation between Howard and his longtime co-host Robin Quivers. What it came up with wasn’t exactly what listeners would expect to hear the two talk about on air.

“I’ll tell you, I don’t think we’re going to be replaced,” Howard said while laughing and listening to audio of ChatGPT’s script. “I knew this was bogus as soon as you asked me how I was and I said I’m feeling great.”

A.I. Robin talked about Howard being not only great boss but a great friend as well.

“Aw, you’re making me blush, Robin,” A.I. Howard replied.
