Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr. co-star in the Sony film, hitting theaters July 7

Peter Parker is saddled with superhero training wheels in the new trailer for “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” which hit the internet on Wednesday.

While previous ones were chock-full of expensive-looking action sequences, this third and final official trailer for the upcoming Sony Pictures film focuses on Peter’s (Tom Holland) attempts to balance his daily rigmarole with keeping the streets of New York City safe as Spider-Man. In addition to learning the ropes—or webs, as it were—of becoming a crime-fighter, Peter must contend with an overprotective superhero chaperone in Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), a.k.a. Iron Man, who welcomed his assistance in “Captain America: Civil War” but doesn’t believe his protégé is ready for prime time. Though his “internship” with Tony comes with its fair share of perks, there are drawbacks, too, including a “training wheels” program the tech-savvy billionaire designed to prevent Peter from getting in over his head.

Check out the new trailer (above) as well as the international trailer Sony dropped Wednesday (below).

“Spider-Man: Homecoming,” also starring Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, and Zendaya, hits theaters July 7.
