VIDEO: ‘CBS Evening News’ Gets ‘Baba Booey’-ed During Live Report From Brussels

Thursday’s “CBS Evening News” started with a resounding “Baba Booey” just as anchor Scott Pelley opened the show live from Brussels. It would appear even the Belgians are aware of the classic Stern Show catchphrase.

In the Twitter video (below) the unseen superfan can be heard shouting out the familiar phrase at the 0:26 mark. Pelley, a seasoned journalist with over four decades of experience in news, doesn’t even flinch.
