VIDEO: Susan Sarandon Needs Fixing on ‘Ray Donovan’ Season 5
Liev Schreiber and Jon Voight star on the Showtime drama, returning in AugustJune 16, 2017
It seems even Oscar-winning actresses are in need of a fixer from time to time.
Showtime dropped the official trailer on Friday for Season 5 of “Ray Donovan,” offering fans a first look at the Emmy-winning drama’s latest addition: Susan Sarandon.
She plays a media mogul named Samantha Winslow willing to pay top dollar for Ray Donovan’s (Liev Schreiber) infamous “fixing” services. The trailer (above) also shows Mickey (Jon Voight) arriving in L.A., perhaps in the hopes of mending his relationship with Ray. In either case, Ray appears to be on the verge of a relationship of a different kind after he’s called in to help a fresh-faced, budding starlet named Natalie James (played by “Banshee” star Lili Simmons).
“Ray Donovan” co-stars Paula Malcomson, Eddie Marsan, Dash Mihok, Steven Bauer, Katherine Moennig, Pooch Hall, Kerris Dorsey, and Devon Bagby. Check out the trailer (above).
Season 5 of “Ray Donovan” premieres Sunday, Aug. 6 at 9 p.m. on Showtime.
