The artist formerly known as Billy Corgan released a new music video for “The Spaniards,” a song off his October solo album “Ogilala.”

The Smashing Pumpkins frontman and former Stern Show guest—whose album will be released under the name “WPC,” a.k.a. William Patrick Corgan—set the official video for “The Spaniards” to scenes from his upcoming short film “Pillbox.”

Corgan wrote and co-directed “Pillbox,” a silent short following the surreal journey of a World War I soldier. His upcoming Rick Rubin-produced effort, which includes tracks like “The Spaniards” and the previously released “Aeronaut,” will serve as the film’s soundtrack. Additionally, WPC kicks off a solo North American tour next month which will run through November.

“Ogilala” drops on Oct. 13, “Pillbox” hits select theaters starting Oct. 5, and Corgan’s tour begins Oct. 14 in Brooklyn. Get more information on all three here and check out “The Spaniards” music video (above).
