The 2019 Grammy nominations were unveiled Friday, and rapper Kendrick Lamar walked away with the most mentions at eight overall. Other heavily nominated musicians include fellow Stern Show guests Brandi Carlile, Cardi B, and Lady Gaga as well as Drake, H.E.R., and Childish Gambino.

Brandi, Kendrick, and Cardi are nominated in both the Record and Album of the Year categories. For song of the year, Kendrick and SZA’s “All the Stars” off the “Black Panther” soundtrack and Brandi’s “The Joke,” which she performed live on the Stern Show, face off against the likes of Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s duet “Shallows” from “A Star Is Born,” among others.

Other 2019 Grammy nominees include Maroon 5, Chris Stapleton, Willie Nelson, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Fred Armisen, Greta Van Fleet, Alice in Chains, Jim Gaffigan, Chris Rock, and even the late Chris Cornell, nominated for Best Rock Performance with "When Bad Does Good."
