2018 is off to a great star for two-time Emmy winner Sterling K. Brown.
The “This Is Us” and “American Crime Story” star will make his “Saturday Night Live” hosting debut March 10, NBC announced on Tuesday. He will share the stage with returning musical guest James Bay.
This follows a string of recent successes on TV and in film, with Sterling winning his first Golden Globe and SAG Award in January for portraying Randall Pearson on “This Is Us” and the actor also currently appearing in Marvel’s record-shattering “Black Panther,” which has already earned $404 million at the worldwide box office.

Other guest hosts joining "Saturday Night Live” next month include NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley and former ”SNL” cast member Bill Hader. Barkley will host NBC's long-running late-night series for the third time on March 3 alongside first-time musical guest Migos. Hader, meanwhile, returns to the “SNL” stage March 17, ahead of the premiere of his upcoming HBO hitman-comedy series "Barry.” He will be accompanied by returning music guest Arcade Fire.
Both Barkley and Hader have joined the Stern Show in the past, with Hader visiting the studio most recently in 2016 alongside his “Documentary Now!” collaborators and fellow ”SNL” veterans Fred Armisen and Seth Meyers.
“Saturday Night Live” airs Saturdays at 10:30 p.m. EST on NBC. Check out the upcoming host and musical guest schedule (above).
