Rock & Roll Hall of Famers U2 have released a new song, “Ahisma,” featuring the Indian musician A.R. Rahman as well as his daughters Khatija and Raheema on vocals.

At one-point singing, “This is a meditation on your radio station, if you like it you can sing along,” Bono and company deliver on the promise with this uplifting track.

U2 last released new music in 2017 with “Songs of Experience,” which Bono and guitarist The Edge visited Howard to discuss amongst other things. “They’re like letters … I just wanted to be honest about it,” Bono told Howard, referring to the personal nature of the album.
