Miley Cyrus Flaunts Red Latex, Erotic Armor, and Even Her Own Mom in Sex-Positive ‘Mother’s Daughter’ Music Video

Song hails from the Stern Show guest’s recent “She Is Coming” EP

Miley Cyrus has outdone herself once again.

On Tuesday, the world-renowned pop star and 2018 Stern Show guest dropped a sultry new music video for “Mother’s Daughter,” a track off her recent EP “She Is Coming.”

The lyrics for the up-tempo song speak of feminism and empowerment and the accompanying video deals in much of the same, combining uplifting messages with body-positive images of breastfeeding mothers and women of all shapes and sizes living their best lives.

“Mother’s Daughter” also has plenty of sexually provocative imagery, including everything from various women in lingerie to rubber nipples grinding against one another. Miley herself dons several outfits, spending much of the video crawling around in a red latex suit and riding a horse while brandishing a sword in a revealing coat of armor. The video has cameos sprinkled throughout, too, including one from Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, who wears knee-high latex boots while sharing a couch with her daughter.

“Music makes movements! We got the power!” Miley explained in a tweet celebrating the video’s release.

“She Is Coming” was released in early June and contains collaborations with everyone from Wu-Tang Clan member Ghostface Killah (“D.R.E.A.M.”) to drag icon and TV host RuPaul (“Cattitude”). The six-track effort’s final song “The Most” is co-written by her “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” collaborator Mark Ronson, who himself joined the Stern Show back in January to both discuss his career and help Howard with a song of his own.
